About Susanna

Hi, I’m Susanna — mathematician turned marketer, storyteller, and content creator.

I didn’t start out in marketing. I have a PhD in mathematics and worked as a management consultant before co-founding a startup. Like many startups, we had no budget for big marketing campaigns — so I rolled up my sleeves and taught myself content marketing and social media strategy.

That’s when I discovered the real power of content: not just to inform, but to connect.

When the startup journey ended, I kept going. I launched a blog with my brother (yes, that was an adventure!) and eventually started this solo blog to share everything I’ve learned — and everything I’m still learning — about blogging, content creation, and the art of building trust through authentic storytelling.

These days, I help bloggers, content creators, and business owners create content that feels real and gets results. I believe good content doesn’t have to be flashy or perfect — but it does have to be honest. When we share our stories and experiences (even the messy ones), that’s when true connection happens.

My own writing has evolved from dry, fact-based content to something much more personal. I now include real anecdotes from my life, hard-won lessons, and a good dose of honesty — and I’ve never had more engagement or better feedback from my readers.

Blogging also gives me the freedom to live and work in a way that feels right: I split my time between the vibrant city of Berlin and the quiet beauty of the Bavarian Forest. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me hiking with friends and dogs — recharging, breathing mountain air, and collecting new stories to tell.
